LearnKey’s Autodesk Revit course utilizes a learn-by-doing approach using video instruction and tutorials, immersing students in the role of a designer for a fictional architectural design firm. Students will be creating designs for a mountain cabin residential structure to be built as a vacation destination and an active learning center commercial structure for a college campus. Students will use the designs of these structures to learn and apply skills in Revit by learning the Revit user interface, modeling structural elements, using interior design concepts, creating circulation elements, creating and modifying views, using annotation, and creating architectural drawings.
As students progress through the course, they will learn methods of effective and efficient modeling practices. Students will improve their overall employability while preparing for the Autodesk Certified User (ACU) exam for Revit.
