Candidates for the CompTIA Project+ certification exam should coordinate or manage small to medium sized projects, inside and outside of information technology. To be successful, CompTIA suggests candidates have at least 12 months of cumulative product management experience or equivalent education.

- Manage resources and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation
